About Summer:

Summer Anne Lee is a Brooklyn-based fashion historian.

 

She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BA in Communication and Media and has an MA in Fashion and Textile Studies from the Fashion Institute of Technology.

Summer currently teaches various courses in fashion history at the Fashion Institute of Technology. She has been quoted in publications such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, WWDInsider, InStyle, and Refinery29.

Summer is currently researching the history of American presidential fashion and is writing a book titled Presidential Fashion: An Illustrated History for the Yale University Press.
